4) Maryland residents please add 6% for sales tax.
5) We are not responsible for misdelivery or lost mail by the USPS. We usually ship by the USPS, so if you doubt the integrity of USPS, please add $2.00 for insurance ( for USA shipping only). Insurance is not available for international orders.
